Last updated: October 29, 2026. Provedwork is a professional-profile service being developed to help freelancers present projects, reviews, and evidence of their work. This Policy applies to the Provedwork website, account features, and any related services we make available.
1. Who operates Provedwork
Provedwork is operated by Bavly Albeir. For privacy questions or requests, email provedwork.hq@gmail.com. Provedwork is currently operated by an individual and not presented here as a registered company.
2. Information we collect
Depending on which features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and authentication information, including your Provedwork user ID, email address, account creation and sign-in timestamps, authentication provider, and account status.
- Google Sign-In profile information returned to us when you choose Google Sign-In, which can include your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile-picture URL, and email-verification status.
- Profile information you choose to provide, such as your name, biography, skills, profile image, work experience, and professional links, when profile features are available.
- Portfolio and project information you submit, such as project titles, descriptions, links, and related materials.
- Review and reputation information you submit, such as review text, ratings, review-source details, and supporting evidence. Review and verification features are planned and may not all be available yet.
- Technical and usage information generated when you use the website, such as page views, events, browser and device information, approximate location derived by analytics providers, diagnostic data, and security logs, depending on the relevant service and its settings.
- Messages and information you provide when contacting us for support or privacy requests.
- Payment-related information only if paid features are introduced in the future. Provedwork does not currently use a payment provider or offer payment processing through this service.
Do not submit passwords for other platforms, private account credentials, or confidential client information as evidence. Submit only information you have the right to share.
3. Google Sign-In and Google user data
Provedwork uses Supabase Auth to support Google Sign-In. If you choose this option, Google returns the information permitted by the sign-in permissions configured for Provedwork. The user record created through this integration can include your email address, name, profile-picture URL, Google account identifier (the provider's subject or user ID), email-verification status, authentication-provider information, and account timestamps.
How we use Google user data. We use it to authenticate you, create or access your Provedwork account, associate sign-ins with the same account, display account information where relevant, maintain account security, and provide support for account-related requests. We do not use Google Sign-In data for advertising.
How it is stored and shared. Supabase Auth processes authentication information and stores account records for Provedwork. Related application data may be stored in our Supabase database. Vercel hosts the website, and Google Analytics is used for website analytics. Supabase is also the email provider for authentication-related emails where those messages are configured. We do not currently use a payment provider or a separate monitoring provider. We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Access and permissions. Provedwork uses Google Sign-In for authentication and does not intend to request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or Google Contacts. This statement depends on the Google OAuth scopes enabled in the production configuration; we will update this Policy if those permissions or our use of Google data changes.
Retention and deletion. Google-derived account data is retained while needed to provide and secure your Provedwork account and for applicable legal or dispute-resolution requirements. Self-service account deletion is planned but is not currently confirmed as available. Until it is available, email provedwork.hq@gmail.com to request deletion. The deletion process, including treatment of associated data and backups, must be confirmed and documented before automated deletion is described as an available feature.
Security. We rely on the security features available from our service providers and use appropriate safeguards intended to protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
4. How we use information
- Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure Provedwork accounts.
- Operate the website and provide features that users request.
- Allow users, when these features are released, to create professional profiles and share projects, reviews, and supporting evidence.
- Review information submitted for reviews or verification and respond to reports of fraud, impersonation, or misuse.
- Understand website usage and performance through Google Analytics and address technical problems when identified.
- Send service-related messages and respond to support or privacy requests.
- Process payments if paid features are introduced.
- Comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, and protect users and the service from abuse or security incidents.
We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without providing notice and obtaining consent where required by law.
5. Google Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies
Provedwork uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, measure traffic and feature usage, and help identify issues and improve the service. Depending on the configuration, Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, interactions and events, referral information, browser and device information, online identifiers or cookies, and approximate location information. Google processes analytics information under its own terms and privacy documentation as well as the settings configured for our property.
The website and its service providers may use essential cookies or similar storage for functions such as authentication, session continuity, security, and remembering settings. Analytics technologies may also use cookies or similar identifiers. We have not yet confirmed whether a consent banner or consent-management mechanism is enabled in production. Check the live cookie behavior, consent settings, analytics retention settings, and available user controls. Where consent is legally required, analytics must not be activated before the required consent is obtained.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some parts of the website, including sign-in, from working properly. Browser controls do not necessarily disable every form of analytics or server-side processing, so any consent and opt-out controls provided by the website should also be used.
6. Public profiles and information you share
Provedwork is being developed to let freelancers present professional information. Public profile features are planned and may not yet be available. If you choose to publish information through a public feature once it is available, that information may be visible to anyone, including people who do not have a Provedwork account, and may be indexed by search engines, copied, or shared by others.
Public information may include details you choose to publish, such as your name, biography, skills, projects, professional links, reviews, and verification labels. Do not publish personal or confidential information you do not want to make public. Removing information from Provedwork cannot guarantee immediate removal of third-party copies, cached pages, or search-engine results.
7. Reviews and verification information
The planned review and verification features are intended to rely on information that users submit manually, such as review text, ratings, links, or supporting evidence. We may use that information to assess the claim it supports, moderate content, investigate reports, and display review or verification status when the relevant feature is available. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to share, and do not submit another person's sensitive or confidential information without a valid basis to do so.
8. Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate Provedwork. Based on the current setup described to us, these include:
- Supabase for authentication and database services.
- Vercel for website hosting and deployment infrastructure.
- Google Analytics for website usage analytics.
- Supabase for authentication-related email delivery where configured.
These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, enforce our terms, or complete a business transfer. We do not sell personal information as part of the current service model or share Google user data with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
9. International processing
Provedwork may be accessed internationally, and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. The locations where information is processed depend on provider infrastructure and the configuration of our accounts. Where required, we will use applicable safeguards for international transfers.
10. Data retention and account deletion
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, respond to requests, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. The retention period depends on the type of information and why it was collected. Security logs, support communications, payment records, and backup copies may have different retention periods.
Self-service account deletion is planned and is not currently confirmed as available. Until the feature is implemented and tested, you can email provedwork.hq@gmail.com to request account deletion. We will assess and respond to the request in accordance with applicable law. Before launching automated deletion, we must confirm which account, profile, review, verification, log, and backup data is deleted, retained, or de-identified, and the time required for those steps. Public information copied by search engines or other users may not be removed by deleting an account.
11. Security
We use service providers and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include safeguards available through our hosting, authentication, and database services, together with access controls and secure connections where configured. Access to information should be limited to what is needed to operate and maintain the service.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If a security incident occurs, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, mitigate its effects, and provide notifications where required by law.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or complain to a relevant authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity checks.
To make a privacy request, email provedwork.hq@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and understand your request. Self-service account deletion is planned; until it is available, email us to request deletion.
13. Age requirement
Provedwork is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly intend to collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact provedwork.hq@gmail.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
14. Third-party websites
Provedwork may contain links to external portfolio websites, freelancing platforms, and social networks. Those services are operated independently and have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern how third-party websites collect or use information.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when Provedwork, our service providers, or applicable law changes. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
16. Contact
For privacy questions, data requests, or account-deletion support, contact provedwork.hq@gmail.com.
